Shipping & Returns
Please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Most items are made to order. You will be contacted if there is an adjustment that needs to be made. Shipping costs are based on weight, distance, and handling.

If you would like to pick-up directly from me instead of using shipping, choose the "Local Pick-Up" option during check out and email me at email@example.com to arrange pick-up time & date in Venice, CA.
If any pieces are damaged during shipping, please notify EMK Ceramics within 3 days of receipt with a photograph attached via email. You will either be reimbursed or the pieces will be remade, depending on preference and availability. Otherwise, returns are not accepted.
EMK Ceramics is not liable for lost or stolen packages and releases responsibility upon transfer of order to the shipping carrier. EMK Ceramics will not be held responsible for additional shipping charges incurred if packages are returned to our store due to customer absence, errors in shipping addresses or package refusal. If you refuse any shipments from EMK Ceramics, you remain responsible for all original shipping charges, and the cost of returning the package to us.
